Product development, prototyping and testing are undertaken by our dedicated innovation and design team at our Global Innovation Centre in Telford, UK.

We have a continually evolving new product development process aligned with market trends and focussed on consumer and retailer requirements. All of our products have design and intellectual property rights registered worldwide.
Quality and Safety
Quality and safety are paramount in the design and manufacture of our products.
Multi-site operations in China manufacture products to AVF's exacting designs and specifications and rigorous internal quality procedures at our plants are supplemented by independent third party testing leading to quality and safety accreditations.

We aim to provide first class support to both customers and retailers.
As a customer you can find support through our multi-lingual websites where you can read about products, find out where to buy products, and find guidance on planning and installing products.
The support offered to retailers is no less comprehensive. Advice and assistance is available through dedicated account management and our in-house innovation and design team offers packaging, product graphics, display and point-of-sale support. Our supply chain management system ensures efficient stock replacement and our commitment to customer care offers additional reassurance.
Carbon Neutral
At AVF we acknowledge our environmental responsibilities as a manufacturer, and as such we take into consideration the effect our business has on the environment.
In early 2008 AVF became the World's first mount manufacturer to achieve carbon neutral status. After establishing the carbon footprint of the business, reduction solutions were identified and plans were put in place to reduce energy consumption. Finally, carbon emissions were offset through projects producing 'clean energy' from renewable sources.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint further and we have a number of initiatives that will be rolled across all areas of our business to meet this aim.
